A partner in the Firm, Mr. Mallonga’s area of practice, since his admission in 1988 with the New York State Bar, focuses primarily in the area of U.S. immigration, i.e., business/investors visas, employment and family based petitions and removal (deportation) defense.


Mr. Mallonga is a member of the New York and Philippine bars and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Federal Bar, Southern District of New York. He is also a member of the Aquila Legis Foundation of North America, Inc. , a non-profit association primarily engaged in activities aimed to focus on issues affecting the Filipino-American community.


Prior to joining the Firm of ABAD CONSTANCIO & MALLONGA, LLC, Mr. Mallonga was a practitioner in the field of telecommunications in the Philippines for about 10 years. He later relocated to the US in 1988 and has since then engaged in the practice of immigration law in all the INS districts governing all 50 states in the U.S. Mr. Mallonga, among others, services a diverse list of clients that includes, among others, a manufacturing company, various professional corporations, small-to-large business concerns, and a number of major hospitals and nursing facilities on the matter of their immigration requirements.
