Abad Constancio & Mallonga, LLC maintains a diverse practice, providing a broad range of services with a special emphasis on U.S. immigration law. Much of the firm’s work involves the representation of Asian-American clients. The law firm was established in 1999 by three partners – Leopoldo A. Abad, Ramon I. Constancio and J.T.S. Mallonga. While the Firm is still relatively young, the firm boasts of a combined legal experience of 72 years. The firm is a full-service law firm. This quality is due to the merger of partners coming from diverse legal backgrounds and legal expertise. Its practice groups include: Immigration, Family Law, Litigation, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Wills & Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, Real Estate & Business Law.

LEOPOLDO A. ABAD,  Partner

A partner in the Firm, Mr. Abad’s area of practice, since his admission to the New York State Bar, focuses on Real Estate, Family law, Bankruptcy, Litigation, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Wills & Estate Planning & Business Law.   He likewise practices immigration law.  Mr. Abad is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.

Mr. Abad is a member of the New York and Philippine bars and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern & Western Districts of New York.  He is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association & the Aquila Legis Foundation of North America, Inc. a non-profit association primarily engaged in activities aimed to focus on issues affecting the Filipino-American community.

 

 

JOSE TEODORO S. MALLONGA, Partner

A partner in the Firm, Mr. Mallonga’s area of practice, since his admission in 1988 with the New York State Bar, focuses primarily in the area of U.S. immigration, i.e., business/investors visas, employment and family based petitions and removal (deportation) defense.

Mr. Mallonga is a member of the New York and Philippine bars and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Federal Bar, Southern District of New York. He is also a member of the Aquila Legis Foundation of North America, Inc. , a non-profit association primarily engaged in activities aimed to focus on issues affecting the Filipino-American community.
